Everyday Wellness Tips: New Year’s Preparation

With the holiday season underway, it can be very easy to bypass fitness goals until the New Year. How many of you are guilty of thinking that you will allow yourself to eat whatever you want from Thanksgiving through Christmas because you have the resolution to lose weight? I want to encourage you to lose this mindset. Instead, focus on maintaining your fitness goals over the next month with the intention of maximizing your progress when January rolls around. Although it is only a slight shift in perspective, it will hold you accountable and not allow you to excuse your overeating.
