Go For The Green!
…and we’re not talking St. Patrick’s day! March is National Nutrition Month and with that, we want to encourage you to go for the green–eat more greens! They’re packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals– not to mention the benefits they bring to protect you from diabetes, heart disease, and more. 2 cups spinach
1 cup water
3 oranges, peeled
1 banana, frozen
1/2 avocado
1 tsp. cinnamon
