Everyday Wellness Tips: A Good Place to Start

Everyday Wellness Tips: A Good Place to Start

I am excited to announce the resource I wrote entitled: A Good Place to Start: Improving Your Relationship with Food is completed and available for free on my website: http://martinmentalhealth.com/e-book/.

With spring in full swing, to improve your health and wellness, I would encourage you to take advantage of the weather and local produce. Whether biking on the lakefront or jogging on the bayou, getting some outdoor activity is a sure way to elevate your mood. Also, take advantage of our amazing farmer’s markets. Buying local fruits and vegetables is a great way to support your body and our economy.

I will be collaborating on a presentation with the Uptown Whole Foods on Monday April 20th from 6:30-7:00pm. The presentation will pair foods with a discussion on improving your relationship with food. Come out and join us!
